Well, baking is my absolute passion, and I want to be an expert in it, so I can know what I’m doing, and can bake things from my own home.. but I want to be a doctor, or something in the health field. Most people, when they finish culinary or pastry school, usually work in a bakery or restaurant.. but I just want to learn for my own self.. then become a doctor. Is it possible for me to go to a pastry/culinary school, then start my career in the health field? Or would I have to stick to a career in baking? Has anyone been in this or similar situation?
